Answer String: Enter the 2nd row from left to right, followed by a comma, followed by the 5th row from left to right.

Yyyyeah. Rot13 doesn’t really work for digits. But that looks like it.
I am aware. I considered putting the digits into words, but that makes it much harder to read. Putting it in Rot13 is just so that people will know to not read it if they don’t want to get the spoilers.
