Rules: Variation of Skyscrapers rules. All exterior clues are false and should be either one higher or one lower than the value given.
Difficulty: 1 star

Is the solution checking working for this puzzle? I can’t figure out what’s wrong with my solution and yes, I realize the clues are off-by-one.
I had same issue, checked the solution, you need to also put the correct external clues overlaying the incorrect ones.
