Fun puzzle! Encouraging to watch the solution video and see that I *mostly* followed the same path, but missed one key breakthrough that had me languishing for a while.
The Slitherlink pattern guide from Bram de Laat’s website about the diagonal ‘2’s really came in handy. I was glad I read it beforehand.
