Rules: Standard Tight Fit Sudoku rules. Also, digits within a gray square must be even and digits within a gray circle must be odd. The range of this puzzle is 1-9.
Answer String: Enter the 1st row from left to right, followed by a comma, followed by the 6th row from left to right. (Note: for the tight fit cells, enter the top before the bottom as would be normal for the read order.)
Time Standards (highlight to view): Grandmaster = 2:45, Master = 5:45, Expert = 11:30

I’m not always a fan of odd/even sudoku as it can devolve into two relatively disjoint puzzles. This one, on the other hand, was very satisfying, and kept the interplay between odd/even relevant throughout. Very nice.

Don’t understand the point of putting a comma after certain rows. Sorry to be dense, but can someone enlighten me?

It is a way we prefer to parse the answer for the solution checker, but it is not important for solving the puzzle so don’t worry too much about it.
