Answer String: Enter the length in cells of the horizontal loop segments from left to right in the marked rows, starting at the top. If the loop only has vertical segments in the marked row, enter 0. Separate each row’s entry with a comma.

A very interesting puzzle. This particular combination of puzzle types brought some interesting tactics into play, (perhaps some Yajilin-like thinking?).
The second half was a lot harder than the first. While I did get a solution, and the ending did feel very constrained, I also didn’t fully prove that my solution was unique.
16:41.
The end was more like finish the puzzle and tweak rather than proceeding logically.I enjoyed solving this combo puzzle !
Nice conflation of genres. The logic on the left was pretty easy, and to finish off I just twiddled with the threes until they fitted.
Nice puzzle … had fun solving it.
