Rules: Variation of Tapa rules. The wall can travel through clue cells. Each clue now describes the entire 3×3 area the clue cell is in the middle of.

I need to do more Transparent Tapas. There were a ton of patterns in there which I should have recognized from earlier Transparent Tapas but which I had forgotten about.
This one seemed impossible for me at first. I don’t know how long I was staring at this without making progress. Then suddenly i spotted the break-in and everything went very smoothly. Great week of puzzles!

Don’t know why but kept breaking this for some reason.15 clue is especially troublesome given the sheer amount of possible orientations in the respective 3*3 sub-grid.Good puzzle !
