Rules: Standard Masyu rules.
Answer String: Enter the length in cells of the horizontal loop segments from left to right in the marked rows, starting at the top. If the loop only has vertical segments in the marked row, enter 0. Separate each row’s entry with a comma.

That one breakin near the middle was very subtle, but really cascaded in the rest of the puzzle.

I can follow the technique as presented in the link you gave, but I’m having a hard time applying it in this puzzle. There still seem to be too many options to deduce much using that technique.
Hmm, I don’t see the middle one, either. There is a rather straight-forward application of the technique in the top-right corner, noticing that would have brought me through without guessing.
Oh, now I see it (the one in the corner). Thanks to both of you for the technique, I’m sure it will come in handy in other puzzles too.
