No idea how long it took me to solve this one, but I will say the moment of insight on how to solve it was simply brilliant. This was one of my favorite ones because of the distance from the initial “How could that possibly be enough information to solve this?” to the middle “Wait a minute, this has implications,” to the final “Oh! Well that means this can only possibly come out one way.” Big kudos. Loved it.

This was disappointingly easy. The insight, while neat, was essentially the whole puzzle.

I wouldn’t call it easy per se (it took me about 5 minutes) but I didn’t think the insight was that hard to get either. I think it depends on how much you do thermosudoku and are used to those particular rules.
