Phew! What a great, (and tough), puzzle.
I spent about an hour on it before finding I had broken it.
On the second attempt, I actually understand the breakin better, (and the logical deduction that is repeated over and over throughout the solve). So things went more smoothly, but it was still quite some time until I finished it all.
As always, another excellent puzzle from gmpuzzles (and Palmer), and I learned a lot while solving this one. Thanks!
Yeah, wow. Best puzzle I’ve seen in a while. It took me a long time to get the trick, but even after I did it was a really satisfying solve.
Excellent puzzle Palmer, thank you!
Got most of the way through this and my browser crashed. hoping the second time around goes a bit faster
