Author/Opus: This is the 6th puzzle from guest contributor Hans van Stippent.
Rules: Variation of Masyu rules. Exactly one circle clue in every row and column is lying. If a lying clue is a white circle, it should be black instead. If a lying clue is a black circle, if should be white instead.
Answer String: Enter the length in cells of the horizontal loop segments from left to right in the marked rows, starting at the top. If the loop only has vertical segments in the marked row, enter 0. Separate each row’s entry with a comma.
Time Standards (highlight to view): Grandmaster = 2:45, Master = 3:30, Expert = 7:00

I solve mine in GIMP, so I just used the bucket fill tool to mark liar and non-liar cells in different colours…

I use highlighters in two colors. Of course, all of that picking up and putting down of writing utensils doesn’t help with speed…
I put an X in the top corner of the boxes that are confirmed liars and a check mark for the ones that are confirmed true. The corners of the boxes don’t get in the way of the path, and they’re easy enough to see.
I drew a diagonal line through liars and marked the outsides of the rows and columns which already had liars.
I missed the “and column” part of the rules when solving this and ended up with 3 solutions, 2 of which are very similar to each other.
