Felt a bit like star battle as you cannot always determine the number of mines in a single cell, but rather in a set of 2 or 3 adjacent cells and then reason from there
Why was this puzzle presented on its side, in contrast to the original version? I was surprised that the change would be made, given that it obscures the original “24” theme.
Our basic web presentation is better in portrait than in landscape so that is how I chose to format this fun but large puzzle. I consider the 24 to be more of an Easter Egg than a definite theme here. Serkan didn’t mind this presentation when I sent him the files, although if he had requested (or in the future does request) it go back the other way I will make the change.
