This is a “Franken-Friday” puzzle variation.
Theme: Logical
Rules: Variation of standard Slitherlink rules. Exactly one clue in each row and column is lying and must represent a different number.
Answer String: Enter the length in cells of each of the internal loop segments from left to right for the marked rows, starting at the top. Separate each row’s entry with a comma.

I hope other people are smarter than I was and noticed straightaway that there was only one given in the first and last row.
I’d like to say I was smarter, but I, too, started the puzzle elsewhere.
Same. Think I’d be used to this by now (one of the liar slitherlinks on a melon lmi test had me stumped for days in a similar way); at least it didn’t take that long to notice this time around. I really enjoy this puzzle type.
I like this one, but I think I didn’t pick up on the logic of the center section. I understand how “avoid two loops” comes into play, but I kind of sketched out a possible path for the center section and it turned out to be right. Is it possible I missed some clue combo that makes it unambiguous?
There were a bunch of places where a particular choice of paths could be ruled out because they would create either zero or two liars in a row.
