Didn’t explicitly timed myself, but my time was horrible on this one. Took me forever to get the right hand side.
I’ve practiced Sudoku lately. At nights (just only 5 days) I spend nearly 1 hour for Sudoku. I haven’t been never an assiduous, disciplined solver. Actually I chose to specialize puzzle making/creating at the beginning. But I’m tired to become a pointless/aimless puzzle solver. So I’ve started to solve regularly puzzle, but for now this is running for just Sudoku. I solved this one in 8.06 minutes. I always feel uncomfortable about Skyscraper Sudoku, because I mostly miss some possibilities 🙂 Thanks for Sudoku and estimated solving time.
I don’t know if it’s a mental block or what, but any time Skyscrapers comes into play, I just fail miserably. I totally get the concept, but routinely blow the execution. Oh well; finally figured it out regardless, even if it took a reprint.
Thanks for another free sudoku. Your sudoku is very interesting to me but I can’t afford to buy it. Hope can get another one soon..
This is a nice one. I like the way that the relative scarcity of clues helps to show you where to focus your attention to make progress at each point; there’s never more than a couple of places to look at and think about. It’s also elegant the way the 9 is obviously a big clue, then the 8, and toward the end I felt like all the other skyscraper clues became “big” clues for their contexts too as it became clear that certain cells couldn’t be seen.
15:07 mins…
Too slow i guess but i enjoyed the solve nonetheless.
